| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from Financial Technologies (India) Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Economic Times on June 18, 2015 titled "FTIL Up 17% on Talk Investors may Meet Babus"
Financial Technologies (India) Ltd replied stating "We wish to inform that the news article is appeared under 'HEARD on the Street', however the same has been clarified in the news article, that we are not aware about any such development. Further, as a policy of the Company, we do not wish to comment on any speculative news reporting.
As a respectable corporate, any such definitive decision as required under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement will be first intimated to the Exchanges as we have adhered in the past.
As a responsible corporate and as a matter of good corporate governance practice, any price sensitive information pertaining to operations or performance of the Company, or such other information as required under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, will be first notified to the Stock Exchanges to comply with the Listing Agreement." |
