| Exchange Disseminated Time | Atul Auto Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2014, to consider and approve the audited results for the financial year 2013-14 (and also last quarter Jan-March 2014) ended on March 31, 2014 and to recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2013-14.
The Trading Window shall remain closed, for All Employees/Directors of the Company, from May 16, 2014 to May 22, 2014 (both days inclusive) in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. |
