| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bhagawati Oxygen Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2011 along with its Schedules and Notes on Account, Directors’ Report and Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Sri. B. B. Lal as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Chaturvedi & Co., Chartered Accountants of, Kolkata, as Auditors of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of Next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Sri. Suresh Kumar Sharma as Chairman (Executive) of the Company, for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from January 01, 2011 subject to terms & conditions.
5. Appointment of Sri. Himanshu Sharma as Managing Director of the Company, for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from January 01, 2011 subject to terms & conditions. |
