1. Mr. Ashish Kumar Gadia the Whole Time Director of the company has tender his resignation from the directorship of the company and has tabled his resignation to the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 05, 2017.
2. The Board discussed the same at length and accepted the resignation.
3. The Board further has unanimously agreed to shoulder the responsibilities to Mr. Tushar Bhandari who was acting as CFO till date.
4. Mr. Tushar Bhandari was appointed as the Whole Time Director with the unanimous approval of the Board. |
