| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/03/2016 16:54:21 | Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2016, inter alia, have allotted 9039600 (Ninety Lakhs Thirty Nine Thousand Six Hundred) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each in the ratio of 1 (one) equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) each fully paid up for every 1 (one) equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) each held i.e. in ratio of 1:1 to the members whose names appeared in the Register of Members / List of beneficiaries with depositories as on record date i.e. March 11, 2016
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of bonus shares, the issued subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 9,03,96,000 (divided into 9039600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 18,07,92,000 (divided into 18079200 equity shares of Rs.10/-each). |
