1. Conversion of Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares to Equity by allotting fresh shares to Promoters/Promoters Group on Preferential basis.
2. Issue of fresh Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares to Promoters/Promoters Group on Preferential basis in terms of CDR guidelines issued by CDR EG. |
