1. Resignation of Mr. Hiroyuki Aota from the Directorship on the Board of the Company effective from January 23, 2014.
2. Resignation of Mr. Kenichi Kudara from the Directorship on the Board of the Company effective from January 23, 2014.
3. Appointment of Mr. Mitsutoshi Shigeta as a Director on the Board of the Company in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Hiroyuki Aota under Section 262 of the Companies Act, 1956 and Articles 124 of the Articles of
Association of the Company.
4. Appointment of Mr. Hideyuki Okunaga as a Director on the Board of the Company in casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Kenichi Kudara under Section 262 of the Companies Act, 1956 and Articles 124 of the Articles of Association of the Company. |
