Accordingly, the businesses in relation to Company's Baspa-II Hydro Power Plant and Karcham Wangtoo Hydro Power Plant alongwith their assets, liabilities, rights, interests, obligations etc. stand transferred and vested in Himachal Baspa Power Company Limited with effect from September 01, 2015. |
