Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of newspaper advertisement published by the Company as per the provisions of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 and Section 124 (6) of the Companies Act, 2013, requesting shareholders to claim their unpaid/unclaimed dividends so as to protect their shares being transferred to IEPF Suspense Account. The advertisement was published in Business Standard (All Editions) and in Ei Samay (Bengali) on 30th November, 2016. Individual communication has also been sent to the concerned shareholders in this regard.
