Amongst inter alia to consider the names of the proposed allottee under the promoters/ promoters group in addition to the list of proposed allottee disclosed earlier and accordingly (in accordance with the intimation on the outcome of the Board meeting, dated February 15, 2017) modification and amendment of the resolution approved by the Board at its meeting held on February 15, 2017 in relation to fund raising by way of a preferential allotment of equity shares. |
