1. Resignation of Mr. Shyamsundar Bang: Mr. Shyamsundar Bang has submitted his resignation as Executive Director of the Company on his superannuation from the services of the Company. The Board has, at its meeting held on February 07, 2017, accepted his resignation with immediate effect. He shall continue as Director of the Company till March 31, 2017.
2. Appointment of Mr. Pramod Yadav as Whole-time Director: The Board has, at the said meeting, approved the appointment of Mr. Pramod Yadav as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of 2 years effective from April 01, 2017.
