| Exchange Disseminated Time | Savera Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have transacted the following business:
1. To shareholder received, considered and adopted the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009, and the Profit and Loss account for the year ended on that date long with the Repots of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Declared Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2009 of Rs. 1.00 per shares i.e. 10% on equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. S. Rajaratnam, as Director who retired by rotation.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. A. Sudhakar Reddy, as Director who retired by rotation.
5. Re-appointment of Mr. A. Taraun Reddy, as Director who retired by rotation.
6. Re-appointed Auditors M/s. D. A. Reddy & Co., Chartered Accountant for the Current year and fixed their remuneration.
7. Re-appointment of Mrs. A. Nina Reddy, as Executive Director (Operations) for the further period of 5 years w.e.f. October 28, 2008 and the salary and perquisites are remain same.
8. Re-appointment of Mr. A. Ravikumar Reddy, as Managing Director for the further period of 5 years w.e.f. February 01, 2009 and the salary and perquisites are remain same. |
