| Exchange Disseminated Time | Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that it is proposed to consider the declaration of interim Dividend for the year 2014-15 by the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting scheduled to be held on February 12, 2015.
It is also informed that the closure of trading window period in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992 as communicated earlier for the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014, shall also be applicable for the above declaration of interim Dividend for the year 2014-15. |
