After this acquisition, the shareholding of N. K. Proteins Ltd. in NKIL has been increased from 120744 Equity shares (representing 2.01% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 122594 Equity shares (representing 2.04% of paid up capital of NKIL).
Moreover, the shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group has been increased from 3210530 Equity shares (representing 53.42% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 3212380 Equity share (representing 53.45% of paid up capital of NKIL). |
