| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/09/2015 15:35:54 | IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has redeemed Preference Shares of Rs. 44.25 Cr., the details of which are as follows:
(i) 37.50 Lakhs - 6% Optionally Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each amounting to Rs. 37.50 Crores; and
(ii) 6.75 Lakhs - 6% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each amounting to Rs. 6.75 Crores, as per the terms of the issue, as amended.
Accordingly, the Preference Share Capital of the Company stands at Rs. 92,75,00,000, post - redemption. |
