| Exchange Disseminated Time | International Combustion India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Annual Accounts including the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014 as well as the recommendation of Dividend, for the Financial Year 2013-14 for declaration by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed as required under the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for trading, in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed during the period from May 12, 2014 to May 22, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, designated employees and their dependents on account of consideration of the above price-sensitive matters at the aforementioned Board Meeting of the Company. |
