1. The Board took on record resignation of Shri. Ugrabhai V. Patel, an Independent Director of the Company with effect from May 30, 2016 due to his health issues. The Board appreciates the valuable contributions made by him throughout his tenure of directorship.
2. M/s. S. K. Moondra & Co., Chartered Accountant was appointed as Internal Auditor for Dholasan Unit while M/s. Dipal R. Shah & Co. was appointed as Internal Auditor for Mehsana Unit by Audit Committee for the financial year 201617. The Board took note of the same.
3. The Board took note of Status of Compliant pending at the beginning of the quarter, disposed off during the quarter and unresolved at the end of quarter pursuant to Regulation 13(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015;
4. The Board reviewed compliance reports pertaining to all laws applicable to the listed Companies pursuant to Regulation 17(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. |
