| Exchange Disseminated Time | | SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd has informed BSE that considering the present market scenario both at the domestic and international level and other aspects including the fund raising program of the Company, the Board of Directors have, decided not to issue/allot any convertible warrants on preferential basis to the promoters of the Company and have decided that fresh in-principle approval be sought from the respective Stock Exchanges as and when the Board decides to issue securities on preferential basis. This preferential issue of convertible warrants was approved by the members in the Annual General Meeting held on July 05, 2011. |
