Further pursuant to Rule 20(4)(vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed September 21, 2016 as the cut-off date for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholders (holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialised form) to cast their votes electronically on September 25, 2016 (9:30 A.M. IST) to September 27, 2016 (5:00 P.M. IST). |
