| Exchange Disseminated Time | Aegis Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 19, 2014 to July 31, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 31, 2014.
In terms of Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules 2014, the Company has fixed June 13, 2014 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of shareholders to cast their votes electronically at the said AGM by electronic means. Accordingly the shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the Record date for e-voting i.e. June 13, 2014 and not casting their vote electronically, may only cast their vote at the Annual General Meeting. |
