Minda Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the aforesaid meeting scheduled on August 12, 2016 has been preponed to Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 11.00 a.m. at PHD House, Opposite Asian Games Village, New Delhi - 110 016.
Further, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors/ Officers / designated employees of the Company from August 05, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on August 11, 2016. |
