| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Mukta Arts Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company were apprised during the discussions at the meeting held on May 29, 2014 that as per provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 an individual shall not be Chairman and Managing Director of the Company at the same time. After discussion it was decided that with a view to comply with the above said provisions, Mr. Subhash Ghai, currently the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company will step-down as the Managing Director of the Company and continue to be the Chairman of the Company. It was also decided that Mr. Rahul Puri, currently the Executive Director of the Company will take over as the Managing Director of the Company. |
