| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/02/2017 18:41:35 | Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the, Nomination, Remuneration & Compensation Committee of the Company at its meeting held on February 21, 2017, inter alia, has granted 54000 Options to the employees under “Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd. - Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2016” (ESOP-2016) at an exercise price of Rs. 10/- each. One option is equal to one equity share.
The Options shall vest pursuant to ESOP - 2016 as per the details given hereunder:
1. 30% of the Options granted will be vested on 20th February, 2018,
2. 30% of the Options granted will be vested on 20th February, 2019 and
3. The balance 40% of the Options granted will be vested on 20th February, 2020
The options granted hereinabove are exercisable within period of three months from the date of vesting. |
