| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2014 wherein a discrepancy in EPS Figures after Extra Ordinary Items (In Standalone and Consolidated Results), In this regard Lyka Labs Ltd has now informed BSE that due to inadvertence, the EPS Figure mentioned prior to Extra Ordinary Item was repeated under EPS Figure after Extra Ordinary Item.
Further, the Company has now submitted to BSE a corrected copy of Financial Results for the period ended March 31, 2014. |
