1. To take on record the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter Ended June 30, 2016.
Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors and designated employees of the Company from August 6, 2016 to August 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
