| Exchange Disseminated Time 15/05/2017 16:39:01 | | Indo Count Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2017, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend of 20% (Re. 0.40 per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each) for the Financial Year 2016-17, in addition to an interim dividend of Re. 0.40 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each declared and paid during the Financial Year 2016-17. The total dividend payout for 2016-17 is 40% (Re. 0.80 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each). The said dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of Annual General Meeting. |
