| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/05/2016 14:49:34 | Fiem Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016 and to consider and recommend Final Dividend, if any, for financial year 2015-16.
In above connection, it is also informed that in terms of Company's ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’ (‘Code’), the Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, Insiders and Designated Persons as per Code. |
