| Exchange Disseminated Time | Visa Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
Further, pursuant to "VISA Steel Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of August 04, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the Stock Exchanges. |
