- The Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
Further, the Company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window shall closed w.e.f. October 15, 2015.
The trading window would be opened only after the expiry of 24 hours of public announcement of Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter and Six month ended September 30, 2015 to be considered by the Board at their meeting scheduled to be held on October 26, 2015. |
