Sub: Notice of Rescheduled 38th Annual General Meeting of Marathwada Refractories Limited
With reference to the earlier letter dated Sept 06, 2017 and in consideration of the announced National Holiday on 30th September, 2017 (Saturday), this serves as advise that the Annual General Meeting of Marathwada Refractories Limited, initially scheduled on that date, has been rescheduled to Friday, September 29, 2017 at 11:00 am at No. 41, Vittal Mallya Road, Bangalore- 560001.
The AGM date wherever appears in the Notice/Annual Report to be read as 29th September, 2017 (Friday) instead of 30th September, 2017 (Saturday).
The dates for the closure of Register of members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain the same i.e. 24th September, 2017 to 30th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) and the e-voting period will be from 26th September, 2017 (9:00 am) to 28th September, 2017 (5:00 pm).
