Pursuant to aforementioned SEBI Circular, we would like inform you that company had adopted its unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter was held on 13th September, 2017 and would like to publish the unaudited financial results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 on or before 14th December, 2017.
