| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcements regarding Cerebra Integrated Technologies Limited (CITL), Bangalore had signed up Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Enviro-Hub Holdings Ltd, Singapore (Enviro) for 100% acquisition of Enviro’s wholly owned subsidiary viz., Cimelia Resource Recovery Pte Ltd, Singapore (Cimelia), Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd
has now informed BSE that after careful and indepth evaluation of various facts and related issues, the proposal of acquisition of Cimelia Resource Recovery Pte Ltd, Singapore (Cimelia) has been aborted.
Further the Company has informed that, the Company will now proceed with the India E Waste plant and get it up and running at the earliest. |
