1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet of the Company as on March 31, 2011, Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2011, Auditors’ Report thereon and Directors’ Report of the Company.
2. Declaration of Dividend at the rate of 50% on Fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year.
3. Re-appointment of Thiru N. Kumaravelu as a Director of the Company.
4. Accorded for the payment of remuneration of M/s. P. B. Vijayraghavan & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company, on necessary terms & conditions.
5. Appointment of Dr. N. Sundaradevan, IAS as a Director of the Company. |
