| Exchange Disseminated Time | Apollo Sindhoori Capital Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2008, inter alia, has decided the following matters:
1. The Board recommended Stock Split of Equity Share Capital of the Company from face value of Rs 10/- into Re 1/- each and has decided to seek members approval through Postal Ballot.
2. The Board has recommended final dividend of Re 1/ - per share on 55,40,000 Equity Shares in addition to Rs 7/- already paid as interim dividend. |
