For the above purpose and pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders) adopted by the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from Friday, January 26, 2018 upto Friday, February 09, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Saturday, February 10, 2018.
