As per relaxation provided in the said circular the Company is required to publish its financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 by 14th September, 2017.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that the financial results for 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2017 will be published within the extended due date as per the circular and date of Board Meeting for adopting the results will be informed to you in due course of time.
We would request you to kindly take the same on record.
