| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/04/2016 17:28:35 | Polychem Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for the purchase / sale of the shares of the Company will remain closed from April 18, 2016, for all the Directors, KMPs and Designated persons of the Company, for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the year 2015-16.
Further, the Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the stock exchange of Audited Results for the year ended 2015-16. Accordingly, all the Directors, KMP and Designated persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. |
