Further, In terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from October 21, 2015 to November 06, 2015 for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank and will be reopened on November 07, 2015, on account of Board Meeting to be held on November 04, 2015, inter alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Second Quarter and Half-year ended September 30, 2015. |
