| Exchange Disseminated Time | Krishna Filaments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. to consider the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2008.
2. To consider the change the name of the Company from "KRISHNA FILAMENTS LTD" to "MAVI INDUSTRIES LTD" as approved by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, in respect to the application made to the same.
3. To approve the Notice of the Resolutions proposed to be passed by Postal Ballot, and to authorize two Directors of the Company, to be responsible for the process. |
