| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/09/2017 16:42:42 | Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 24, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half - year ending September 30, 2017;
2. Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half - year ending September 30, 2017; and
3. Payment of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2018.
Further, as per the "Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders" (hereinafter referred to as the "Code of Conduct"), the trading window of the Company which has been closed since September 22, 2017, for publication of financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2017, shall remain closed upto October 26, 2017 (both days inclusive).
The same is being informed to the designated persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct. |
