| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/07/2016 09:18:43 | | Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Code 5.1 of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the Bank’s shares shall remain closed from July 18, 2016 till July 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of consideration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. During this period, no trading shall be made in the Bank’s shares by the Directors, designated employees of the Bank and all connected persons as defined in the “Code of Conduct”. The Trading window shall open for trading on July 29, 2016. |
