| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the news article captioned "Jindal, Phil Corp eye Hind Photo" appearing in a leading financial daily, Jindal Photo Films Ltd has informed BSE that filing of Expression of Interest is just a registration activity and if the Company is short listed, qualify and eligible for obtaining the CIM (Confidential Information Memorandum) in this respect, then the same will be analyzed and will be placed before the Board of the Company for discussion and decision. If the Board finds the same in the interest of the Company and shareholders and approved it, the Company will proceed further in this regard. |
