| Exchange Disseminated Time | Excel Infoways Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2014, has following business were considered and approved:
1. To alter Memorandum of Association of the Company for making the Construction / Real Estate / Infra Business Activity Object Clauses of the Other Object Clauses, as Main Object Clauses in the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Company.
The Management of the Company is expecting more revenue from the Infra and Real Estate Activities, therefore the Management has decided to make the Construction / Real Estate / Infra Business Activity Object Clauses of the Other Object Clauses as Main Object Clauses in the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Company. Considering future potentiality in the proposed business sector, the Management has decided to give more focus in Construction / Real Estate / Infra Business Activities instead of BPO / ITES Activities,
2. To Change the name of the Company to align with the proposed main object of the Company and apply to Registrar of Companies for the name availability for the same.
In view of the change of Business Activities of the Company, the management has decided to change the name of the Company which shall reflect proposed business activities into changed name. |
