| Exchange Disseminated Time 10/02/2017 12:48:32 | Usha Martin Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2017, has appointed a consultant to evaluate the possibility of sale of the 4 Wire and Wire Rope' business of the Company.
A Committee of Independent Directors will oversee the afore-said process and recommend suitable offers to the Board for its consideration. Any actual sale of the business will only be undertaken by the Company after due consideration and by following due process of law and with appropriate regulatory, shareholders' and lenders' consents, as applicable.
The Company will provide updates with respect to the above said as required under applicable law. |
