1. Mr. P. Rajagopalan has been appointed as Director of the Company in the Casual vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. P. K. Chowdhary and
2. Mr. J. M. Kothary has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Article 93 of the Articles of Association of the Company and in terms of the provisions of Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956. |
