| Exchange Received Time 14/11/2017 16:43:53 Exchange Disseminated Time 14/11/2017 16:43:57 Time Taken 00:00:04 | We wish to inform you that Ind AS is applicable to R.P.P Infra Projects Limited for the financial statements commencing from financial year 2017-18 and the Company has decided to convene the meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, 28th November, 2017 at 4.00 P.M. onwards inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 30th September 2017 and any other business, if required. We have duly considered the additional time granted by SEBI vide circular No. CIR/IMD/DF1/69/2016 dated 10.08.2016.
In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from Tuesday, 21st November 2017 till 48 hours after the results are made public on 28th November 2017 for Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company. |
