The company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from the services of the company from the closing hours of October 31, 2017. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr. Chinmoy Patnaik also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the company. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges.
Further the company has informed that, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar S, Chief Financial Officer of the company will be the Compliance Officer of the company till such time the qualified Company Secretary is appointed by the company.
