| Exchange Disseminated Time | Timken India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31, 2015.
Further, the trading window as described in 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company is closed and will continue to remain closed for the above purpose from April 01, 2015 till expiry of 24 hours of publication of the Audited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement. |
