| Exchange Disseminated Time | Coromandel Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 22, 2013, approved the allotment of 25,00,000 Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) of Rs. 100/- each at a premium of Rs. 20/- per share, in two tranches, aggregating to Rs. 30 crores to Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd.
Further, the Company on August 22, 2013 has redeemed the existing 25,00,000 CRPS which are due for redemption on or before September 27, 2013. |
