| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of subsection (3) of Section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980 read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3, and sub-clause (1) of clause 8 of The Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services vide their notification dated November 08, 2013, has appointed Shri. Sushil Muhnot, Chairman & Managing Director, SIDBI as Chairman and Managing Director of Bank of Maharashtra from the date of his taking over charge of the post upto September 30, 2016 i.e. the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. |
